These website terms are provided by Martin Tutko. FrogLabs is a marketing umbrella used to promote apps; it is not the legal operator of Knoted or this website.
The website
This website provides information about the Knoted iPhone app. You may browse it for personal, non-commercial information purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or misuse any contact channels.
Site content (copy, branding and layout) is owned by Martin Tutko or used with permission. You may not copy substantial parts for your own product or marketing without permission, except where Australian law allows (for example fair dealing).
No professional advice
The website is general product information only. It does not create a professional services relationship.
The Knoted app
Knoted is a reminder utility for iPhone. Use of the app is also governed by the licence presented through the App Store at download time.
There is no separately hosted custom End User Licence Agreement for Knoted. Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the app licence. These website terms are separate from that app licence.
Alerts and limitations
Knoted schedules reminders using the iPhone’s system alarm capabilities (AlarmKit). Alerts depend on permissions you grant, your device settings (including Sounds & Haptics and Focus), power state, system limits and Apple software behaviour.
We do not promise that every reminder will sound in every situation. Always keep critical commitments backed up by other means when needed.
Your content
Reminder titles and notes you enter remain your responsibility. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you schedule.
Support
Support is offered on a reasonable-efforts basis via the contact details on the Support page. Response times are not guaranteed.
Changes
We may update the website, the app and these terms. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated website terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Consumer guarantees
If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
